Our instructor training is awesome! This international event shows how easily people from different countries and cultures connect when they do the same Golden Flower Tai chi practice. Yesterday our Russian friends gave a great and spontaneous performance of Golden Flower Tai Chi in opera style! Quite humorous! Working together this way is healthy, peaceful, and a lot of fun!
Oh, and we’re still finding out what they were actually singing!
