Give yourself the gift of space… to clear your mind and cultivate radiant health.

“The Golden Flower Tai Chi Retreat is a great respite from the stresses and demands of our everyday life. It can be anything you want it to be…a time of relaxation, soul searching, exercise, getting in touch with nature, learning, meditating.”

“Even though I did not know the Golden Flower form or most of the principles, I felt welcome and comfortable in the environment. I was surrounded by teachers who were willing to answer my questions and help me to learn.”
