Community Tai Chi Classes are every Sat. from 1:00-2:00pm, payment via food donations.
Early Morning Qigong Classes every Wed. from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. For early birds come in and get an extra pep in your step.

Meditation Circle
Every Weds. from 12:15-12:45pm, classes are free but donations are welcome
Sound Meditations are every second Weds. of each month.

The Golden Flower Tai Chi Center in Winston-Salem has been open since 2000.

Located downtown on Trade Street we are in the center of the local arts district. In the last few years this part of town has grown into an exciting place to be with regular music events and monthly gallery hops.

Here at the center we offer classes in Tai Chi, Pushing Hands and Pa Kua. Both Master San Gee Tam and his wife Annukka Holland teach weekly classes at the center. We also offer classes in Dong style long form, and we are visited a few times each year by Grandmaster Dong from Hawaii.

In addition to serving as the headquarters for the Golden Flower Tai Chi Association International, the center houses the Bubbling Well Tea & Tonic Bar, a comfortable place to unwind and gather yourself. The Bubbling Well offers a wide variety of high quality teas, health supplements, herbal tonics, books and tapes all personally selected by Master San Gee Tam.
