Tea & Chi Gong @ Golden Flower Center
Apr 24 @ 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Chi Gong, or Qigong (pronounced chee-gong), is a practice of internal energy development and cultivating radiant health. (Please see “Chi Gong for Balance & Vitality” under the Health tab for a more complete description.) Certain slow movements seen in Chi Gong look similar to Tai Chi and the two practices are closely related. Thus, the class also addresses basic Tai Chi principles and is appropriate for beginners. Class begins with enjoying tea (or coffee) together.

Bagua Super Fitness @ Golden Flower Center

The essential power that bagua produces is adaptability, enabling you to easily adjust to any situation in your life. It can be studied alone or as a supplement to Tai Chi training.
